Maria Benvenuti
Director of Talent
Maria Benvenuti co-leads H/Advisors Abernathy’s Talent Development department and is responsible for managing several internal operations, including staffing, learning and development, as well as the firm’s mentorship program. Maria works closely alongside the rest of the firm’s Operations team to ensure all internal business functions run smoothly and efficiently. Maria also co-leads the firm’s DE&I Council and is responsible for both overseeing its Culture and Governance workstreams and providing strategic counsel to the leadership team.
Since joining the firm, Maria has held several additional roles, including Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant and Talent & Operations Manager. In these roles, Maria has spearheaded the planning and execution of several internal and external events, including speaking programs, dinners and social functions.
