Franco Tambunting provides strategic communications counsel across a variety of engagements. He supports clients with financial communications needs relating to shareholder activism, IPOs, and M&A, and reputational issues such as litigation and corporate crises. He provides vital research and analysis, media monitoring, and message curation for public and private companies seeking to enhance their long-term positioning and reputation.
Prior to joining H/Advisors Abernathy, Franco worked in Evercore’s Strategic, Defense, and Shareholder Advisory Team, where he supported Fortune 500 clients in developing prevention and response plans for hostile shareholder activity. He also previously worked at a Philippine-based asset management firm, where he helped build and market their ESG/Sustainability Portfolio.
