Alya Yousuf provides strategic communications counsel to clients across a variety of industries, including private equity, banking, healthcare and consumer goods. She has experience supporting clients through M&A transactions, initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, shareholder activism, leadership transitions, as well as sensitive crisis matters.
In her role, Alya conducts comprehensive research and assists with messaging and strategy development for several Fortune 500 companies to enhance their public perception and advance stakeholder relations.
