Meera Sundaresan
Senior Account Executive
Meera Sundaresan supports both public and private companies in designing and implementing strategic communications strategies, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, investor relations, shareholder activism, governance matters and ongoing corporate profile-raising work. She works with clients across multiple industries and sectors, including consumer goods, fintech, energy and utilities and financial services.
Prior to joining H/Advisors Abernathy, Meera completed a Juris Doctor degree in Ontario, Canada, and worked in multiple law firms handling multijurisdictional corporate and real estate matters. She then transitioned into a role in government relations in Ottawa, Canada, before joining Edelman’s financial communications and capital markets practice in Chicago, Illinois, supporting high-profile private equity and venture capital firms in a public relations capacity.
