Emma Prenn-Vasilakis

Emma has seven years of experience supporting publicly traded and privately held companies on complex strategic communications matters, with a focus on special situations including M&A and shareholder activism. She also has significant experience with crises, litigation, and labor relations.

Emma has extensive media relations experience, having advised several clients through high-stakes situations and executed successful communications programs across a wide range of industries, with specific expertise in healthcare, biotechnology & pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer products and alternative investments.

Prior to joining H/Advisors Abernathy, Emma served as a Senior Analyst at Kekst CNC, a global strategic communications consultancy. Prior to that, she was a Senior Media Strategist at Goldin Solutions, a communications firm providing public relations, media strategy and crisis control.

Emma has a degree in International Relations with a concentration in National Security from Tufts University and graduated in 2018. She graduated from The Brearley School in New York and is an active member of her alumni networks.
