Carina Davidson

Carina advises C-level leaders, senior executives and Boards of Directors on complex communications issues. She has decades of significant experience in leading companies through critical, often transformational, events by developing customized communications strategies to help them best reach their core audiences.

Carina provides strategic communications counsel surrounding high stakes matters that include government investigations, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, regulatory developments, leadership transitions, hostile takeover attempts and shareholder activism. She is also one of the leading executive coaches at H/Advisors Abernathy and helps prepare senior leaders to effectively communicate to their stakeholders.

Carina assists clients in private capital, supporting them with communications surrounding noteworthy investments, exits and a broad set of portfolio company matters. She also leads many of the firm’s IPO and investor relations engagements, helping to build robust IR infrastructures post public listing and assisting clients with financial community communications.

Carina graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
