Boris Binkowska

Boris advises clients on strategic communications with a focus on public affairs, government relations, M&A, restructuring, and crisis communications. Before joining H/Advisors Gauly, he served as personal assistant to the party chairwoman of German Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and Federal Minister of Defense Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, where his responsibilities included strategic communications and public relations.

Later, he worked in strategy development for security policy in the German Federal Ministry of Defense. He began his career as a policy advisor at the CDU party headquarters. He is a reserve officer of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
